- 9 slices of smoked salmon
- 25 cl (1 cup) sour cream
- ½ bunch of dill
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Wash the avocados and peel them. Cut their flesh into pieces and place them in the bowl of your blender. Add the thick cream, lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and dry the dill with paper towels and add it to the blender.
- Mix to obtain a creamy avocado mousse. Then cut the smoked salmon slices into small pieces. Now, make the avocado mousse and smoked salmon verrines. Half-fill each glass with avocado mousse and place the smoked salmon pieces on top.
- Decorate each verrine with sprinkles of dill. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
If you like spice, you can season these avocado salmon verrines with a hint of chilli. If you wish, replace the smoked salmon with a salmon tartare with a little lemon and chopped chives.
