Tagliatelle with Squid

Tagliatelles aux Calmars

The ingredients


*500 g tomato sauce
*400 g squid slices
*1 tablespoon chopped garlic
*20 g thinly sliced onions
*3 to 4 tablespoons flat parsley
*360 g tagliatelles
*½ glass of dry white wine
*1 bird pepper
*Extra virgin olive oil

The steps to follow


1-In a large skillet, sauté the garlic and onion with 2 tablespoons of oil. As soon as they color, add the chilli pepper and squid (thawed). Pour in the wine and let evaporate. Season with salt, add the parsley and tomato sauce. Cook over medium heat for about 30 min until the sauce thickens and the squid are tender.


2-In a large saucepan, bring water to a simmer and then salt it. Dip the pasta in it and let it cook for the time indicated on the package, mixing it from time to time and then drain it.


3-Pour the pasta in the pan with the sauce. Mix, season with salt again and serve hot.
