4 cod loins
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil,
3 tablespoons soy sauce,
2 tablespoons honey,
salt and pepper
The steps to follow
1.Preheat your oven to 210°C (th7).
2.In a frying pan, heat the sunflower oil and grab the frozen cod loins for 5 min on one side.
3.In a bowl, combine the 2 tablespoons of honey with the 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt and pepper.
4.Return the cod loins to the skillet and drizzle with the mixture. Place them in a dish and bake for 15 min.
5.Serve the fish with its cooking juices accompanied by rice and a green salad!
