Haddock Fillets with Lemon Butter Sauce

Filets d’aiglefin sauce au beurre citronné


4 haddock fillets

1 lemon

2 tablespoons fresh cream

100g half salt butter


1-Steam thawed haddock fillets for 15 minutes.

2-Squeeze the juice of a lemon in a pan, and make it 'glaze'.

3-Wait for the evaporation of all the juice, and it will form like crystals at the bottom of the pan...

4-Add 2 tablespoons of cooking cream.

5-When it just starts to brown, pour it all into a bowl. Then immediately add the butter.

6-Mix when butter has melted.

7-Cover the haddock fillets with this sauce and serve with rice and a green salad
