20 raw shrimp tails with shell
2 tablespoons parsley
16 slices of chorizo
1 pinch of chilli pepper
1 small teaspoon of paprika
5 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, ground pepper
1.Remove the shell of the shrimp while keeping a piece of the tail.
2.In a bowl, prepare the marinade: mix the juice of the limes, chilli pepper, paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. On wooden skewers, alternate shrimp and chorizo slices.
4.Generously brush each skewer with marinade and place in a shallow dish. Pour the rest of the marinade over it and place the skewers in the fridge for at least 30 min.
5.Cook the skewers 1 min on each side, on the plancha, on a grill pan or on the barbecue. Sprinkle them with parsley before serving.
